Alex Lynch

Assistant General Manager

Alex has been working in restaurants for 15 years, beginning in the fast paced world of breakfast and BBQ in northern Atlanta. After a few semesters of college, she decided her path was to dive deeper into hospitality and transferred to The Culinary Institute of America. Once done with her studies of food and wine, she hopped between Napa, CA and New York City gaining kitchen, dining room, and winery experience. Now fully committed to the East Coast, Alex has honed her skills in some of New York's most famous dining rooms and now finds herself running up and down the stairs at One White Street most nights of the week.
